Over its 158-year history, it has continuously unveiled new experiences, from the lavish Chuan Spa to the elevated British tavern Wigmore. For culinary enthusiasts, it even has its own acclaimed cooking school, Sauce by The Langham. New this fall, Sauce has launched "Forest to Fork" classes driven by executive chef Berwyn Davies' passion for seasonal cooking, wild food, and game.
2.
