But experts warn against totally excluding local food from your diet. In fact, there are several myths associated with local produce and ingredients. It’s time we bust those myths and start thinking local. Experts believe that the problem lies in the food industry in developing countries, which has placed multinational food that they are peddling very high on the weight loss and nutrition quotient chart.
