Perform consistently three times a week, three to four weeks and you’ll see a dramatic change in strength, tone and posture.’
1. SQUAT (Mid strap length)
●● Grab the handles, with elbows bent level with your ribcage and your TRX tight. Don’t lean back.
●● Place your feet shoulder-width apart and Slightly turn out your toes.
