Sarah's Life Comes Full Circle?
The Duchess of York has never made life easy for herself. From the infamous toe-sucking scandal of 1992, to her mounting debt and the following News of the World sting of 2010, Sarah Ferguson has been making headlines for years.

Sarah and Prince Andrew married in 1986 after Princess Diana re-introduced the childhood friends at the Ascot Races.

“It was such a romance. Three dinner dates one weekend and we got married. Everybody told us not to kiss on the balcony, so we did it deliberately. We really were so in love,” recalls Fergie.

However, just two weeks after the wedding, Prince Andrew had to go back to sea, meaning Fergie would only see her husband 40 days a year for the first five years of their marriage. “I had to learn to be a princess but Andy wasn’t there and I didn’t know what to do.”

When Princess Beatrice was born, fit and healthy, in 1988, Fergie decided it was time to track down her husband in Australia, but this move wasn’t without backlash as the media branded her a bad mum.

“It’s never stopped since then. They started calling me Duchess of Pork and Fat Frumpy Fergie. Stupid me, I believed it and that’s when the self-sabotage set in.”
