Grace Stratton (19) Is the Founder of All Is for All, a Clothing Revolution
"I started using a wheelchair when I was five years old. I use it because when I was a year old I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, which is basically a brain injury.
Usually, when someone walks, their brain communicates with their legs to tell them to move. In most people, that messaging happens without any thought or issue. But my brain is damaged, which means the messages that my brain sends my legs doesn’t reach them, so it’s mixed communication.
The idea for my website All Is For All started when I would buy things online and realise after purchasing them that there were details I didn’t know about. For example, I might buy a pair of pants and then realise they have a random button at the back or a zip at the side and those details hadn’t been explained on the fashion website.
I started thinking about what we could do about that. I reached out to adviser Ange Bevan and told her I wanted to build something that would solve this problem. Together, we conceptualised what would become All Is For All.
