When it comes to making decisions around the birth of her baby, it is not sister-in-law Kate that Meghan has turned to for advice and ideas, but close friend Amal Clooney.
Human rights lawyer Amal and her husband, actor George Clooney, became parents to twins Ella and Alexander in 2017, and it is their lead that the duke and duchess seem to be following.
Amal gave birth at the Kensington Wing, which Meghan favours over the Lindo Wing where Kate had her children. Her preference for using a female doctor may also have resulted from conversations with Amal (41).
