It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and the lockdown gave me the chance to start that and a YouTube channel, so it’s been a positive out of all this. I’m hugely passionate about it – I’ve been in shape all my life because of my profession, but I know what it’s like as you get older and the motivation to work out is less.
