Feeling invisible At Work

Q I’m not a very confident person but I have always liked my work. Recently, a few younger people in their mid-30s have joined the company and while they are very friendly, I feel like I’m invisible to them. We sit and have lunch in the communal kitchen and they talk but never include me. In meetings, no one asks me what I think, so I rarely say anything even though I have ideas too. Rachel, 48, Bristol
