Jennifer Aniston has declared Friends “would not have been the same” without castmate James Michael Tyler, who died on October 24 aged 59, after a long battle with prostate cancer.
“Friends would not have been the same without you. Thank you for the laughter you brought to the show and to all of our lives. You will be so missed,” the 54-year-old actress wrote in a tribute on social media.
“The world knew him as Gunther (the seventh ‘Friend’)… but Michael’s loved ones knew him as an actor, musician, cancer-awareness advocate and loving husband,” the actor’s family said in a statement.
