When the Duchess of Cambridge swept down the BAFTAs red carpet in a stunning white and gold embroidered Alexander McQueen gown – looking more confident and like a queen-in waiting than ever – the crowds gasped and heads turned in admiration as she stopped to greet A-list stars and fans.
But there was one person who couldn’t take his eyes of her – Kate’s admiring husband Prince William. And it is just one of many sweet encounters exchanged between the Cambridges in recent times that proved our favourite royal double act are more united than ever.
According to body language expert Judi James, the formally reserved Duke and Duchess of Cambridge appear to have “relaxed their royal rules” and are upping the adorable touches and fun body language.
