From getting to know Marlon Brando to hitting the red carpet with Jack Nicholson and dinner parties with Ingrid Bergman, Sally Kellerman’s 60-year career in Hollywood was one for the history books.
Tributes from Sally’s celebrity friends flowed thick and fast after the actress passed away from heart failure at her LA home on February 24 aged 84 following a long battle with dementia.
“Sending condolences to the family of Sally Kellerman,” wrote actor William Shatner on Twitter of the star, who also appeared in TV’s Star Trek, The Twilight Zone and Murder She Wrote.
“More sad news on a horrible day,” added singer Nancy Sinatra.
