The prince’s reign of terror is proving too much for Her Majesty

At the age of 95, it was hoped by courtiers that the Queen could enjoy the twilight of her magnificent 69-year reign. After all, no one could ever have predicted that her grandson Prince Harry – rumored to be her favorite – would seemingly make it his mission to make the end of her era as sovereign a living hell.

Harry’s vendetta against the royal family took a nasty turn when it was recently revealed the 36-year-old had signed a four-book publishing deal, with part two of his memoir marked for release once his grandmother has passed away.

“The Queen has put up with a lot,” a palace insider tells Woman’s Day. “She has stoically sat by as Harry and his wife aired their one-sided story on Hollywood shows and podcasts, and launched lawsuits against newspapers the royal family likes to keep on-side so they can communicate with the public.

“But this talk of her own flesh and blood writing a book meant for release after she dies is the final straw. She is deeply hurt and, in all honesty, she’s finding it hard to cope.”
