The actor woos a young look alike

It’s a year since Brad Pitt split from Angelina Jolie and though it meant the loss of custody of his six children, the Hollywood star is rising from the ashes. With a new romance, an amicable relationship with his ex and regular visits with his kids – not to mention new-found sobriety – Brad is finally happy again.

“At first, he was heartbroken, but he’s seeing things from a different perspective now and realising this was all for the best,” reveals a source. And according to his bodyguard Kris Herzog, the 53-year-old’s recent happiness is thanks to his blossoming connection with 21-year-old actress Ella Purnell.

The British beauty, who’s been compared to a young Angelina and even played a younger version of the Oscar-winner in Maleficent, is starring in the TV series Sweetbitter – of which Brad is an executive producer.
