He’s fuming about access to his kids

Thanksgiving at Jennifer Garner’s Los Angeles home has always been a peaceful affair – but not this year! The day after the family holiday, all hell broke loose between the Peppermint star and her ex-husband Ben Affleck.

Standing on the street outside Jennifer’s Pacific Palisades home, the couple got into a public screaming match and insiders say it’s because Jen is threatening to take full custody of their three kids due to his addiction problems.

“Ben accused Jen of trying to take his children away from him and he even blamed her for his alcohol problems, which only further infuriated his ex,” a source close to the couple claims. “It was, to put it mildly, a real dust-up.”

Insiders say Juno star Jennifer went into damage control in October after Ben – who’d already undergone three stints in rehab – fell off the wagon yet again.

The Argo actor was filmed falling down drunk after a Halloween-themed ball in LA on October 26 and snapped later that same evening “steaming drunk” at a highstakes poker game, where he lost $95,000 in 40 minutes.

The next day the Justice League star – dad to Violet, 14, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, seven – was photographed visiting Jennifer to ’fess up to his disappointing sobriety slip.
