They may have fallen fast, but their romance is real.
Ariana Grande couldn’t hold back her smile. At the MTV Video Music Awards, the “No Tears Left to Cry” singer had a very special date, her fiancé Pete Davidson.
Strolling hand in hand in their red-carpet debut, the pair of three months put their affection on display as they posed for pictures. At one point, a beaming Ariana locked eyes with the Saturday Night Live comedian and leaned in for a kiss.
Now the whole world could witness the incredible chemistry her family had already seen. As her brother Frankie, 35, tells Woman’s Day, “He adores her and she is calm. They’re yin and yang in a way where they fit so beautifully together into this very calm sphere.”
After a traumatising 2017, tranquillity was exactly what Ariana needed. Following the terrorist bombing that killed 22 fans at her Manchester concert that May, the 25-year old suffered severe spells of dizziness and shortness of breath.
“I’ve always had anxiety, but it had never been physical before,” Ariana confesses. “There were a couple of months straight where I felt so upside down.”
