Have you ever had an occasion when you felt drained after a conversation with someone? Have you ever had such times when after having a conversation with someone, you felt enthused to do your best? The first person you met was an energy sucker. The second one was an energy enhancer. Remember, the more occasions you get to share things with the latter the better is it for your happiness, progress and promotion even at your career ladder. You must do your best to keep yourself safe from the former type of people who virtually suck your energy leaving you thoroughly drained.
And yes, energy thieves don’t leave you even if your change your workplace! They are there at almost every work place wherever you go. But the good news is that you can keep yourself safe from such energy suckers and keep your energy level intact. Here is how you can do it.
Remember, the energy suckers are experts at enticing their prey at first sight. Keep in mind that they prepare the ground and begin creating a pleasant situation for their prey. The best test to locate an energy sucker is that he or she is an egoist to the core. Such a person not only keeps boasting of his or her own deeds in a sweet tone and temper but also tries to hook your best attention to say what he or she wants to convey, and ultimately succeeds – leaving you drenched of your best energy level.
