A lot of Lose up to 7lb in one week!women can get really stressed at th thought of hav to wear fewer clothes and bare their bodies in hot weather. So losing some pre-holiday weight and being able to fit into a lovely a dress, can make a big difference to how you feel about your body. ‘On this summer survival diet plan, you’ll be eating light, easily-digestible foods that will also keep you hydrated, cool and energised throughout the summer.

THE RULES

1 Say no to ice-cold drinks

Very cold drinks slow the digestive system and lead to bloating. Have drinks at room temperature or sip warm water (with slices of fruit).

2 Drink a variety of fluids

You can drink two to three cups of herbal tea a day to aid digestion.

3 Cut out processed foods

Refined carbs and fizzy drinks stress the digestive system. Avoid dairy and gluten, which bloat you.

4 Eat nutritious foods

Include vegetables, fresh fruit, soups, lean meat and healthy fats (such as avocados) in your daily diet.

5 Check stress levels

When you’re stressed, your body has to work harder, and this ups the heat factor. It also hinders digestion, so you feel more bloated. Too much of the stress hormone cortisol can make it harder to lose weight.
