Tata Motors has been making its presence felt in the SUV segment since the launch of the Nexon in 2017. Skiping forward to 2023, Tata has the lion's share of the SUV space with the Punch, Nexon, Harrier and Safari holding 31% of the market share in FY23. Now though they're looking to up the ante with a stranglehold on the segment with very significant midlife updates to most of their range. First with the Nexon and Nexon. ev and now with the 2023 Tata Harrier and Safari. The Harrier though now takes a slight divergence in terms of design to stand apart from its flagship sibling. In the flesh, there is no denying that the 2023 Harrier looks the part.
It always has been a good-looking SUV but now with this facelift and this particular Neon paint theme, it demands a second take. But before we jump into the details, it's important to note that for both the Safari and Harrier Tata have done away with variants, they are now called personas, and each corresponds to a feature package and a cohesive interior and exterior styling package that adds to the premium appeal of the Harrier overall. Now this shade on the Nexon is limited to the Fearless 'persona of the Harrier, there is no denying it is loud, but I do get the feeling that this particular colour will be quite popular. Changes though continue with the new colour. At the front you now get a DRL that runs along the bonnet line, it's sequential too and gets turn indication, and welcome and goodbye animations.
