Something to be taken very seriously these days is road safety. As young and responsible citizens, it is up to us Gen-Z-ers to stand up and get the ball of change rolling. Hyundai's #BeTheBetterGuy campaign gives us the ideal platform to reach out to younger readers and followers who can begin to make change happen one step at a time

ROAD SAFETY IS A HOT topic these days simply because the volume of traffic has gone up while the quality of it has gone the other way. Rampant rule-breaking, inconsiderate manoeuvres and a basic lack of respect for the law and for others is at an all-time high. How does one even begin to try to improve the situation. One way to get started is simply to, as Hyundai put it, be the better guy! We, at Car India, have been involved in Hyundai India's "#BeTheBetterGuy" road safety campaign for many years now and we hope for a sea of change for the better each time. We are headed to grab a cup of coffee and someone insists on having their favourite frappuccino, so we have to head into city which is quite a task at this time. There is so much construction everywhere. All the roads are packed! Many cities in India have sprouted a bunch of coffee shops and places to hang out, in a bid to embrace youth culture. But they're not all good. I mean, come on, you have to be different to make an impact.
