The biggest challenge is the rapid pace of technological change, with emerging technologies evolving quickly. Experion addresses this by staying at the forefront, investing in top-notch talent, and using agile development methodologies. Another ongoing challenge is ensuring employees continue to upskill. To address this, we have set up centers of excellence focused on emerging technologies and made significant investments in internal training programmes. The increasing demand to deliver cutting-edge solutions has driven Experion to become an innovation-centric organization, continually exploring new technologies to stay ahead of market needs.
Experion is making significant inroads in Europe, the UK, ANZ, and Japan. What challenges have you faced in these markets, and how are you addressing them?
