Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) began with a simple vision – to become a leading and global property developer fostering sustainability and well-being for all. Founded in 1994, MQDC is a business unit of DTGO Corporation, an umbrella corporation with businesses across sectors such as property development, trading, technology, design, construction management, finance, investment, entertainment, and communications. In 2019, MQDC entered the Indian market with the launch of its premium co-working project in New Delhi, Whizdom Club – an inspiration hub with innovative facilities and services for students and young professionals. Spread across 22,000 square feet, the club has over 400 seats and offers world-class infrastructure along with mentoring and incubation support for budding entrepreneurs. A key focus that MQDC made a part of its DNA since its inception is the world-famous Thai hospitality and the commitment to the well-being of all. In fact, Whizdom Club was strategically designed with an intelligent design to reflect the same.
