A shining star among the firmament was Emma Stone, who was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for her work in Yorgos Lanthimos's Poor Things.
She lost out on the gong to Lily Gladstonethe first Native American to scoop an individual SAG award - but Emma, already a Bafta and Golden Globe winner, turned heads in a frosted blue Louis Vuitton frock with intricate beading and pops of lilac and aqua blue.
Da Vine Joy Randolph also lit up the red carpet in a pearlescent custom Valdrin Shahiti dress, serving up a slice of Old Hollywood glamour. The star, who won Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her performance in The Holdovers, completed her look with drop earrings and her hair in elegant ringlets.
Accepting her award, Da'Vine Joy said: "I wake up every day overwhelmed with gratitude to be a working actor. To be awarded this by my fellow artists is the greatest honour of my career.
"For every actor out there still waiting in the wings for their chance, let me tell you, your life can change in a day. It is not a question of if, but when. Keep going."
Embracing the colour of the season, Oppenheimer actress Emily Blunt wore a plunging cherry-red dress from Louis Vuitton, accessorising with gold bangles and a gold and platinum necklace dripping with diamonds. Elsewhere, Maestro star Carey Mulligan was sophisticated in a glossy strapless satin dress from Armani Privé, while for Barbie's Margot Robbie, it continues to be la vie en rose as she adorned her Schiaparelli mini with a flamboyant flamingo-pink sash.
Reese Witherspoon, meanwhile, kept things classic in a red strapless Elie Saab dress and matching heels.
