The two star in a new campaign for F&F, modelling a collection curated by 37-year-old Abbey, who is delighted that the second of her four children - the couple also have Sophia, 12, and sons Johnny, five, and Jack, four - is following in her fashion footsteps.
Here, 2013 Strictly Come Dancing champion Abbey, who has a podcast called The Therapy Crouch with retired ex-England striker Peter, talks about her personal style, her views on sustainability and which of her youngsters plan to steal her clothes...
What was it like for Liberty and you to be in this campaign together, Abbey?
"It's always so lovely to be able to work with the kids. Liberty is really developing her own style and loves working the camera on shoot days. We have so much fun.
"Her favourite piece from the F&F kids' range is the jumpsuit - she'll be able to wear this through to spring, too, which is perfect. I love co-ordinating with the kids, so the fact I can pick up such amazing quality fashion for them from my local supermarket is a win from me."
Have your children inherited your sense of style - and will they follow you into fashion?
"The girls are really into fashion and already have their own style. It's a bonus that they're into fashion, but they are still so young. I support whatever they do."
Does Sophia borrow your clothes? If so, which ones?
