After transforming her body in 2022, Mindy appears eager to show it off. Last April, when reports surfaced that she’d dropped 40 pounds, the 43-year-old revealed the weight came off without her having to “really do anything differently.” “I eat what I like to eat,” she said at the time. “I just eat less of it.”
