Crime scene tainted by cops will prevent a murder conviction

CLUELESS small-town cops destroyed vital evidence and turned the horrific University of Idaho murder house into a contaminated crime scene — and legal experts now warn the butcher who slaughtered four students will NEVER do time!

Overmatched Moscow, Idaho, lawmen are being blasted for allowing DNA tissue samples and other physical evidence vital to convicting a killer to be compromised at the blood-soaked crime scene.

One expert tells The National ENQUIRER local cops “botched” the investigation and claims they “obliterated” mountains of evidence by waiting too long to properly investigate.

“The time that elapsed between when the bodies were found and when the forensics team arrived allowed crucial evidence to be corrupted by weather or other activity,” explains one source close to the investigation.

Former NYPD officer and criminal defense attorney Pete Gleason believes Moscow’s boys in blue are in over their heads.

“The local police seem to have bungled the case so badly that even if they catch the culprit, they may never be able to convict him,” Gleason tells The ENQUIRER. “They completely screwed up the crime scene and don't seem to know how to handle the investigation."
