ICE queen Ellen Pompeo won’t thaw her frosty relationship with former Grey’s Anatomy co-star Katherine Heigl — no matter how much the outcast grovels to get back in her good graces, sources snitch.

The two gals recently appeared chummy onstage at the Emmy Awards with Justin Chambers, James Pickens Jr. and Chandra Wilson, their ex-castmates from the ABC medical drama.

But according to moles, Pompeo — who turned her high-paying TV stint as Dr. Meredith Grey into an $80 million fortune and lucrative career as a producer — has zero interest in burying the hatchet with Heigl!
