Elvis’ only wife contests their daughter's will
SUSPICIOUS MINDS!

DESPERATE and determined Priscilla Presley has officially declared war over her tragic daughter Lisa Marie Presley's will news that should come as no surprise to National ENQUIRER readers!

Just days after Lisa Marie's sudden death from cardiac arrest on Jan. 12 at age 54, The ENQUIRER reported a family battle was brewing over control of the $500 million Elvis Presley estate. And on Jan. 27, The King's 77-year-old ex-wife filed court papers to have Lisa Marie's amended living trust declared invalid.

In the court docs, Priscilla contends a revised version of the trust filed in 2016 is bogus. The removed Priscilla and Lisa Marie's former business manager Barry Siegel as trustees and named her eldest children, Riley and Ben Keough, in their place. Ben's 2020 gunshot suicide has left 33-year-old Riley as the sole trustee if the paper passes muster in court.
