Billie Shepherd has had a non-stop summer. Not only has she been filming her hit TV show Billie And Greg: The Family Diaries with husband Greg, and recording her podcast The Sam & Billie Show with sister Sam Faiers, she’s also been juggling work with keeping up with her three children – Nelly, 10, Arthur, seven, and 18-month old Margot – during the holidays.
Now, as the older children return to school, it’s time to get back into their familiar routine.
“Nelly’s in her last year of junior school this year, which is crazy to me,” she says of her daughter, who we first saw on TV as a tiny tot.
Billie, 34, has also teamed up with Pampers to help boost kids’ confidence around what can be a tricky time of year.
“They’ve got a new teacher, they’re going to make new friends, they might be starting school for the first time. It’s a natural feeling sometimes for them to feel a bit nervous,” she explains.
Here, Billie tells us how she’s been preparing for the new school year, keeping the spark alive with hubby Greg after more than a decade, and if we can expect a TOWIE return any time soon…
Hey, Billie! How’s your summer been?
It’s been lovely! We went on holiday to Greece for 12 days, and we’ve been on days out. Nelly’s been to pony camp and on days where we’ve had sunshine, we’ve been making use of the garden.
What are you enjoying about watching the children grow up?
