The Duchess of Sussex is accused of "attention-seeking" for wearing an anti-stress patch while Harry's abroad

She’s a huge advocate of holistic practices, using meditation, acupuncture and yoga to keep a healthy mind and body. And last week the Duchess of Sussex was spotted wearing the latest lifestyle gadget – an anti-stress patch – on her wrist.

It has been suggested that Meghan wants to establish herself as a Hollywood wellness guru and become the “next Gwyneth Paltrow”.

But a royal expert told new that her decision to wear the patch might not have been simply to nurture her health and promote her wellbeing values, but to remain in the spotlight while her husband, Prince Harry, was on a work trip to Asia.

The 42-year-old duchess was pictured near her home in Montecito, California, wearing a NuCalm Biosignal Processing Disc on her left wrist. The £3 patches are said to “provide the resonance and frequencies to ensure a fast-acting, deep, and longlasting NuCalm experience”.

Royal author Angela Levin said, in her opinion, Meghan’s choice to wear the patch so publicly was a “new low” and that in so doing was drawing the focus away from her husband’s endeavours.
