Olivia Attwood has taken the entertainment world by storm in the last few years – presenting hit documentaries, creating her own TV reality show, joining the Loose Women panel and even heading down under for I’m A Celebrity.
While it was Olivia’s no-nonsense attitude and frequently hilarious personality on Love Island back in 2017 that first endeared her to viewers, it’s clear the star has mellowed somewhat since her villa days, as she sits down for an exclusive chat with new.
“I think I’ve grown up a lot. On Love Island I was very impulsive and reactive and, you know, just… in my early twenties! I didn’t really think of the repercussions of things, which obviously made for great television,” laughs Olivia, now 33.
As we talk about growing up on screen, the TV queen – who has also become a best mate to her 2.2 million social media followers, regularly giving them advice and laughs – details how she and husband, footballer Bradley Dack, have settled into married life.
“We haven’t really changed since being married; we had a house and pets before so it was more just making that commitment,” says Olivia.
However, she admits that juggling time with each other amid busy careers can be tough to navigate. She explains, “In the last year, [the distance] has kind of ramped up a notch, just with both our work schedules being so demanding and often being at different ends of the country. I’m not going to say it’s easy, but we’ve managed to make it work this far.”
Olivia and Bradley first met back in 2015 and had a brief relationship before breaking up, ahead of Olivia bursting onto our screens on Love Island.
