Gemma Collins discusses the health kick she's embracing in a bid to boost her fertility
KENZI DEVINE
'With me, nothing has ever come easy'

She may be known for being the ultimate diva, but Gemma Collins has switched sashaying around Harrods for healthy living, she tells new in an exclusive chat.

"I've gone from Gucci bags and living my best life down Bond Street to not giving a s**t my health is my wealth now," says Gemma, as she talks us through her latest lifestyle overhaul.

The former TOWIE favourite, 43, is on a health kick and has transformed her eating habits using a high-fibre diet, Fibre First.

When we sit down to chat about her weight loss she says she has shed a stone in just a matter of weeks - she explains there is a deeper reason for wanting to lose weight.

Gemma, who is engaged to businessman Rami Hawash, has spoken openly about her desire to become a mother, but suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome has made the process more difficult. She says that putting her health first goes hand in hand with her dream of motherhood.

"I don't want to be an overweight She's to Rami Trist mum," she says. "Nothing against overweight mums at all, but I want to run and play with my kid. I want to have as much energy for my child as possible and to be the best version of myself for my child."

Having suffered three miscarriages in the past and also struggling to become pregnant, Gemma's PCOS has made her situation even more challenging.

"I always find with me nothing has ever come easy," she says. "I've always been that one that’s got the struggle to bloody get there. It’s the same with my fertility and I share it because so many people reach out who are going through the same thing.”
