Victoria Justice dishes on her latest songs and paying homage to one of her musical heroes

Victoria Justice tells Us her new song, "Only a Stranger," was inspired by the idea of meeting her soulmate. "I feel like a lot of us tend to daydream about who this person is - and they could be someone we meet tomorrow," the Victorious alum shares. "Right now, they're just a stranger on the street, but they could be the person getting down on one knee to you.
