When David Koch hangs up his boots as co-host of Sunrise on June 9, it will be the end of an era. The veteran Channel 7 presenter tearfully announced his departure on the show on
May 29, after over two decades at the helm of the beloved Aussie breakfast program. “After nearly 21 years and over 5300 shows … 16,000 hours of TV, it is now time to work in business hours and have a bit of flexibility to focus more on our big family and the family business,” he shared with viewers.
