During a busy day of engagements in Cardiff on October 3, Prince William showed off his softer side. While the Prince and

Princess of Wales, both 41, posed for a group photo with locals in the Welsh capital to mark the start of Black History Month in the UK, William had the group in hysterics with a well-timed joke.

“Who’s pinching my bottom?” the prince asked as the crowd burst into laughter.

Dressed in a navy pinstripe pantsuit by Holland Cooper for the outing, Kate was making another message clear. The princess is ready for business.

After stepping out in public eight consecutive times wearing a blazer and pants, Kate’s new look has been quickly dubbed her “uniform” by royal fashion bloggers. But her easy new style and picture-perfect bangs aren’t the only changes the mum-of-three is making. Kate is shaking up her staff and dragging Kensington Palace into the modern era.

Kate and William are hiring a CEO to run their household, which includes overseeing more than 60 staff. The new hire will report directly to the Royal Highnesses and not their courtiers, which has been hailed as a “revolutionary move” by a palace source.

“They are overthrowing the traditional, hierarchical structure in which staff answer to private secretaries,” the source told the Daily Mail.
