THE SINGER'S CLIMBING THE CHARTS WITH ANOTHER CATCHY TRACK THAT PAYS TRIBUTE TO HER POST-BABY BODY

I look good," Meghan Trainor tells WHO from her glam room, at her home in the US. It's a statement we can't argue with. The 30-year-old singer doesn't just look incredible, but she feels on top of the world, too - and for good reason.

Not only has the woman built a global fan base thanks to her catchy, upbeat bangers, but she's celebrating 10 years in the industry with a new track, 'Been Like This. It's a tribute of sorts to her body, which carried and birthed her two boys before she turned 30.

"Having babies. Man, you gotta learn to love yourself from scratch," Trainor tells WHO of the inspiration behind her single.

"It's a lot. My body is different - and so I'm constantly working on trying to be nicer to myself, and any chance I can, I throw that into a song," she laughs.

But it's no joke. For Trainor, her songs are the ultimate hype anthems, and it's in the gym that she conjures up her best lyrics.

"I love it. I work out really hard, and I try to like, give myself confidence as I go," she explains. "I'm like, 'Oh, she got a booty... she's like lifted and fit!
