Although he had no experience in the restaurant industry, after 15 years of hard work, Dhaval Udeshi’s name has become synonymous with the culinary scene in Mumbai. He is the founder of Dhaval Udeshi Hospitality and has launched several innovative casual all-day dining and bar concepts including Gigi, Lyla, Eve, Donna Deli, and Shy among others, as well as Kaia in Goa.
