Genre: Drama Season: 1 Eps: 6
It’s game, set and match in Prime Video’s tense new drama, set in the world of elite tennis and exploring complex ideas surrounding trust, power and obsession.
The six-part series follows tennis prodigy Justine Pearce (played by newcomer Ella Lily Hyland), who had a meteoric rise to superstardom as a 17-year-old while guided by her coach Glenn Lapthorn (Aidan Turner).
That’s until her Grand Slam dreams were shattered following a catastrophic wrist injury during the French Open, leading to her being ditched by her coach and facing early retirement from the game.
Now, five years later, Justine is working as a physiotherapist at her old tennis academy when she makes an explosive allegation against Glenn that shocks and divides the tennis world.
