Now, in a new two-part travelogue that takes them to Austria and Croatia, D’Acampo and Sirieix are attempting to be as environmentally conscious as possible, eating vegan food, using green transport and finding out about the impact of meat production and climate change.
‘Because Austria has the Alps and Croatia is a very coastal country, we were able to look at the effects of climate change in the mountains as well as near the sea, while meeting all sorts of people along the way,’ explains Sirieix.
