Alan Carr is a bona fide national treasure thanks to shows like C4's Chatty Man. And now we get the chance to learn about the larger-than-life comedian's childhood in 1980s Northampton - the subject of semiautobiographical sitcom Changing Ends.
The self-penned six-parter features Carr as the narrator, while TV newcomer Oliver Savell plays young Alan, whose football-loving father Graham (Shaun Dooley) is the manager of struggling Northampton Town.
