MANY fans thought her reality TV days were over after her controversial exit from The Real Housewives of Johannesburg but this blonde bombshell is well and truly back in the land where claws are unsheathed, backs are stabbed and drama reigns supreme.
Christall Kay has made a triumphant return to the spotlight on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: South Africa and reality TV is all the better for it.
This spin-off show gathers Christall and seven other standout housewives Beverley Steyn, LaConco, Lethabo "Lejoy" Mathatho, Liz Prins, Londie London, Melany "Mel" Viljoen and Nonku Williams - for an unforgettable journey to Jamaica.
For Christall it's a chance to shine again. She appeared in the first two seasons of The Real Housewives of Johannesburg (RHOJ) but was axed after a set-to with co-stars Brinnette Seopela and Gugu Khathi that left her with a black eye.
The production of the third season of the show was suspended and Christall and Gugu filed assault charges against each other. The case is still under investigation, Christall tells YOU.
"The wheels of justice turn very slowly." She kept a low profile after she was sacked - but when producers called her and proposed coming back to reality TV she didn't think twice: she was in.
"I felt like I hadn't had a platform to show my fans and the viewers that I was strong again and that I could get up again and take on the world," she says.
"The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip provided a wonderful platform for me to do that and share my story from my perspective." As fans of Ultimate Girls Trip will know, Christall didn't get much of a chance to tell her version of what happened that night "because Lejoy kept interrupting me".
However, Christall (50) did open up about some deeply personal aspects of her life, including news of her marriage to a 28-year-old man and some intimate details of their bedroom activities.
