The woman at the centre of an alleged fatal love triangle tells YOU what led to her ex being assaulted in a Klerksdorp parking lot

IT'S NOT ON ME

SHE used to love being out and about on weekends but these days she can’t set foot outside her house without someone heckling and harassing her.

Natasha Fisher from Klerksdorp in North West has been called everything from a murderer to a cheat after her boyfriend, Wernich Botha, allegedly slugged her ex, Hilton Pretorius, in a parking lot.

Video footage of the altercation went viral on social media and made national news headlines. Hilton later died and Wernich will be facing a charge of murder – and it seems a love triangle may have been the motive behind it all.

People in the town have openly accused Natasha of being unfaithful to Hilton with Wernich – and then having something on again with Hilton while Wernich was in Somalia, where he works for an overseas company.

Things got so bad that Natasha started avoiding going into town but she’s opening up to YOU now because she wants to set the record straight.

“I can’t understand why everyone is so negative towards me and trying to dig up everything about my life,” she says. “Hilton’s death was an accident, nothing more. Yet people don’t see it that way.”

Natasha (28) and Hilton (32) dated for two years before breaking up in July. A month later she met Wernich (33) at Cadillac’s 60’s Pub and a month after that Hilton was lying unconscious in the pub’s parking lot after a single blow to the head.

His injuries were severe – a cracked skull and bleeding on the brain, and he was put in an induced coma. Eighteen days later he died and Natasha was devastated.

With the benefit of hindsight, she says she shouldn’t have hooked up with Wernich so soon after things ended with Hilton. “But it’s easy to say afterwards maybe I should have done this or that,” she says.
