FOOD & DRINKS

1 LUPA, BENGALURU
As Bengaluru’s favourite eatery completes a year around the sun, it only makes sense that they have a spanking new summer menu to celebrate. Bengaluru residents and visitors can try Lupa’s European-inspired dishes with innovative twists. Think: Avocado Tostada, or a cool Shrimp Cocktail Tart.

2 BOMBAY CANTEEN, MUMBAI

If there’s one new menu that we always look forward to, it the Bombay Canteen’s. And this year is no different. Crafted with crisp, bright flavours and inspired by the season’s bounty, their summer menu reimagines regional Indian cuisine using indigenous summer ingredients like wood apple, mango and juicy tomatoes – everything on their menu is sure to be a hit.

3 MANGO SAGO:
Mangoes for summer? Can be groundbreaking, if you use the fruit to your benefit. A good ol’ Mango Sago pudding is a great substitute for breakfast and requires a mere four ingredients that can be found easily in the pantry.
