To describe the Prada Re-Nylon Collection as iconic is not an overstatement. The way Miuccia Prada has woven the pragmatic material into the modern lexicon of luxury since it became one of the brand's signature finishes in the 1970s - is nothing short of visionary.

In fact, all the production of Prada's virgin nylon is now converted to regenerated nylon created through the recycling and purification of plastic collected from the ocean, landfills, and textile fibre waste.

Prada Re-Nylon yarn is produced circularly through a complex process of depolymerisation and re-polymerisation. But the spirit of innovation encircling the movement is not losing momentum just yet; with Prada's consistent year-on-year development with UNESCO, the impact of this movement is more than ready to reach new heights.
