How do you find Delhi? Have you seen the change in the mindset of Delhiites for Pilates?
I love Delhi. When I first started my studio in GK 2 people didn’t know Pilates, there was no awareness of Pilates. I think this was almost 4 years back and then people were excited, they were asking lot of questions whereas now when I took my first session here in Punjabi Bagh, everyone knew Pilates and they came prepared to do Pilates I think in the last four years, the awareness has changed completely.
What’s fitness for you?
Fitness to me is being able to wake up in the morning refreshed, getting out of the bed, be ready to face the day, go through the full day not feeling exhausted in the night, feeling tired yes, where you your body needs to recuperate but not that where you don’t have the energy and at the same time having energy throughout the day when you are able to do multiple things.
I eat very clean. I don’t eat anything from packages. I don’t eat sugar, I don’t have glutton and I don’t have dairy products.
