Juggling her jobs on Lorraine and Loose Women, alongside being a mum to Patricia, five, and Freddie, three, is undeniably hard work. Not to mention the pressure that comes with being on screen in front of millions almost every day. So how does TV presenter Christine Lampard manage to stay in such good shape?
The truth is, while there’s no denying the presenter looks incredible, as she’s got older and become a mother, her priorities have shifted and she cares less about how she looks and more about her health. ‘I want to make sure I am as healthy as I can be,’ the star has admitted.
Here, Christine, 45, reveals her best nutrition hacks, why she’s cut back on doing hardcore workouts and how her mindset has changed when it comes to her body.
Breakfast of champions
For Christine, starting her day right is her top tip when it comes to nutrition and fuelling your body. ‘I generally follow the motto of eating like a king, then a prince, and a pauper, as the day goes on, and I need a good breakfast,’ she said. The star added that her usual go-to breakfast is caramelised cherry tomatoes on toast with grilled bacon and two poached eggs, washed down with a coffee.
