Staying true to this ethos, Deepak Gugarii, founder and principal architect, and Rashi Sanon, creative design head of Studio VDGA, have skilfully curated their newest endeavour in Balmoral Estate, Pune.
“This four-bedroom apartment has the classic charm of a countryside English home. The homeowners wanted a cosy yet luxurious space for entertaining, and that’s exactly what we worked on,” says Deepak.
“Civil modifications were done to achieve the desired look and functionality, such as adding arched openings in the living room and terrace.
