Yoga asanas are simple and can be done literally in a few minutes at any place - be it your home, a park, or even your office. It also requires no equipment and little space. Yoga asanas balance our nervous system and increase oxygen supply to our brain, thereby improving mental clarity, alertness and physical well-being, besides controlling cholesterol levels and reducing weight. The most important benefit of yoga is that it is a physical and mental therapy.
