WHEN GUIDO TERRENI took over as CEO of Parmigiani Fleurier in 2021, one of the first things he did was to refresh the Tonda PF range. Despite being one of the watchmaker's most iconic lines, it had, unfortunately, fallen out of the spotlight. The redesign breathed new life into the maison and excited the watch community. While modernising a traditional brand, especially one with such a storied history, might alienate current clientele, Terreni and the team avoided the pitfalls while ushering in fresh interest.
