We're inspired by different W goals and people when it comes to fitness. Whether you long for Kate Upton's curves, or you're in awe of Amir Khan's athletic prowess, celeb trainer Ruben Tabares has you covered. Not only does he train stars including the aforementioned celebs, he also works with a host of other fit A-listers. Due to his wide variety of clients, he is used to the pressure of achieving results quickly, and can help you reach just about any fitness goal. His full-body workout will improve your fitness levels thanks to a combination of high-intensity moves and rest periods. This - combined with smart eating - promises to encourage fat loss too.
'The idea is to eat well while trying to burn fat to minimise the intake of toxins so that your body doesn't have to deal with them on a daily basis,' explains Ruben. This means that you'll have more energy for fat loss.' Perform this workout three to four times per week.
TURKISH GET-UP
AREAS TRAINED: CORE, GLUTES, QUADS, HAMSTRINGS AND SHOULDERS
Lie on your back with your left leg bent and your left foot flat on the floor. Extend your left arm towards the ceiling with a dumb-bell in your hand.
Engage your core and keep the weight above your head. While keeping your gaze on the weight in your left hand, use your right arm to support you as you stand up: First get on to your forearm and then on to right hand, keeping your left leg bent and right leg straight.
