Born into a family rooted in medicine and military service, Rajesh Kumar charted his own course by delving into the world of Hotel Management, graduating with an MBA from the University of Pondicherry in 2012 after completing his Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Madras in 1998. His foray into the hospitality industry began in 2021 as the preopening General Manager for The Grand Victoria the Fern in Panchgani, Maharashtra. Since then, his trajectory has encompassed managing boutique and heritage hotels, luxury resorts, and diverse properties across India, showcasing his multifaceted expertise and dedication to excellence.
The decision to pursue a career in hospitality coincidence but rather a culmination of a lifelong passion for cuisine and a was no profound inclination towards providing exceptional service.
Rajesh Kumar's formative years were marked by a fascination for culinary arts, a spark that gradually ignited his interest in the broader spectrum of hospitality management.
